• Generate lease compliance database reports.
  
• Reviewing annual landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations to ensure accuracy and lease compliance - Audit Reconciliations
• Financial Modelling
  
• Tracing Site plans, creating Location Maps & creating markups on Aerial Images
• Updating Flyers & Offering Memorandums
• Creating of Area Overview & Tenant Synopsis (Write-up)

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Basic financial / analytic skills  
  
• Basic experience in using Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
