Experienced Graphic Designer

RunMyBusiness is seeking an experienced graphic designer to assist with the creation of marketing materials for marketing commercial real estate projects for U.S. based clients. This is a full-time position which requires the candidate to work remotely from home on their personal computer and be available for web meetings / code discussions with team members in the U.S. between the hours of 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM IST weekdays.

The types of marketing materials include offering memorandums, flyers, booklets, html emails, vector maps, aerial labeling, floor and site plan recreations, stacking plans, research reports, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in the creation and development of marketing materials for the U.S. and/or U.K. business to market market. Experience working on commercial real estate projects would be a significant plus. This position requires a mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Affinity Suite {by Serif}, as well as strong written and verbal English communication skills.

More specifically, this position will involve:

* Creating unique designs that capture and highlight the value proposition that our clients are trying to communicate.

* Building smart and reusable templates.

* Developing new designs to help push our industry forward.
* Guiding / coaching our junior designers as they develop their skills.

* Solid Grasp of Typography, Color Theory, and Information Architecture
* Desktop Publishing (Adobe InDesign / Affinity Publisher)
* Graphic Design (Adobe Illustrator / Affinity Designer)
* Photo Editing (Adobe Photoshop / Affinity Photo)
* Technical Writing & Documentation
